I did a short Vajrasattva practice when I got home from class this afternoon. Between starting the semester and being sick I’ve really neglected to practice on Vajrasattva. I practiced for about 30 minutes(10 minutes of meditation) and recited one mala.
I was holding the visualization of Vajrasattva fairly well until I had a ten second coughing fit. After that it was gone. I was more amused that I’d lost the visualization than anything. I let the thought go and continued with the rest of my meditation, which went quite smoothly.
